Sarah Keenan

Sarah Keenan is a seasoned transportation engineer and planner with extensive experience in traffic and transportation projects. Currently employed at DKS Associates since March 2021, Sarah previously held similar roles at Fehr & Peers from January 2015 to December 2020 and as a traffic engineer at Green International Affiliates, Inc. from December 2013 to October 2014. Expertise includes conducting safety audits, creating Transportation Management Plans, and analyzing intersection performance using industry-standard software. Earlier roles include a Track Engineering Co-op at MBTA, where improvements were made to track yards, and a Transit and Rail Co-op at VHB focused on the Green Line Extension Project. Sarah began a civil engineering career with a degree from Northeastern University, completed in 2013.
