Thomas Paddon

Thomas Paddon is an experienced project manager with a robust background in electrification and clean technology. Currently serving as the Electromobility Project Manager at DKS Associates, Thomas has overseen over 30 fleet electrification projects for various clients across the U.S. Prior roles include ZEV Program Manager at Frontier Energy, Inc., and Project Manager at CALSTART, where Thomas managed large-scale electric vehicle deployments for major organizations. As the founder of Solar Verified, LLC, Thomas focused on optimizing solar energy usage and savings for homeowners. Additional experience includes leadership positions in web development, solar consulting, and extensive work in market analysis and business development at QUALCOMM. Thomas holds a Master of Arts in Management from the University of Redlands and dual Bachelor of Arts degrees in French and International Business from the University of South Florida.
