Maria Carmela Antenor is an experienced Research and Development professional with a strong focus on product formulation and improvement in the food industry. Currently functioning as a Research and Development Technologist at DKSH since September 2021, Maria Carmela formulates new products, including seasonings, sauces, and beverage mixes, while ensuring compliance with food regulations and market requirements. Previous roles include Research and Development Specialist at LIWAYWAY MARKETING CORPORATION and Liwayway China CO. Ltd, where product development for snack and beverage categories was prioritized. Maria Carmela has also gained analytical skills through participation in a 9-week Data Analytics Bootcamp at Eskwelabs.
