Van Pham

Van Pham has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Van'smost recent role is as the Country HR Director at DKSH since August 2021. In this position, they lead the Human Resources function for the Business Unit Healthcare, driving HR operation excellence for a large-scale business with over 2000 employees nationwide.

Prior to that, Van Pham worked as an HR Business Partner Director at DKSH Vietnam from May 2014, establishing solid business partnerships and overseeing HR operations. Between 2010 and 2018, they served as a Human Resources Consultant at the Vietnam Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Ho Chi Minh City Branch (VCCI-HCM).

Van Pham also gained valuable experience as a Senior Human Resources Consultant at IBS - International Business Solutions from March 2013 to May 2014. Additionally, they worked as a Management and Organization Development Manager at Philip Morris International from June 2010 to December 2012, where they drove global and regional HR services and projects.

Earlier in their career, Van Pham held the position of HR Business Partner at Dksh Technologies Private Limited from April 2009 to June 2010, where they coordinated HR services and ensured alignment with business priorities. Van also served as a Training and Organization Development Manager at DKSH from June 2005 to April 2009, where they developed and implemented learning and development strategies.

Furthermore, Van Pham worked as a Training Manager at AIA Vietnam from January 2001 to May 2005, and as a News Reporter at Sports and Culture Newspaper from January 1999 to March 2001.

Van Pham received a Bachelor's degree in International Law and Legal Studies from the University of Law Hochiminh City from 1994 to 1999. In 2006, Van Pham earned a Diploma of Education in Human Capital Management from the Singapore Human Resources Institute. Later, in 2008 and 2009, Van Pham obtained two Certificates in HR Transformation and Talent, Competency and Succession Management, respectively, from Penn State University. Lastly, Van Pham recently completed an Executive MBA in International Management Consulting from Northwest Swiss University of Applied Sciences from 2019 to 2021.
