Andrew Binstock

Andrew Binstock is a seasoned legal professional currently serving as Counsel for National Security & Global Trade at DLA Piper since June 2024. Previously, Binstock held roles such as National Security Compliance Counsel at Systems Planning and Analysis, Inc. and Risk Management Policy at Zoom Video Communications. Additionally, Binstock served as CFIUS Advisor/Advisory Principal for Investment & Trade Security at U.Group, Deputy Division Chief at the United States Department of Defense, and held a teaching position as Adjunct Faculty Instructor at National Intelligence University. Binstock's earlier experience includes serving as a Civilian Legal Advisor for the US Army and as Assistant General Counsel for the US Department of Defense. Binstock earned a Juris Doctor degree from the Cardozo School of Law between 2001 and 2004.
