Charlotte Johnstone

Charlotte Johnstone is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in innovation and change management within leading law firms. Currently serving as the Change Council Implementation Lead at DLA Piper since October 2019, Johnstone collaborates with the Change Council Chair and members to develop and implement a cohesive innovation strategy. Previously, Johnstone held the position of Innovation Programme Manager at Linklaters from January 2011 to September 2019, where responsibilities included driving Innovation and Efficiency across various operational aspects and participating in the firm's Global Talent Programme. Charlotte has also contributed to HR functions, focusing on partner advisory roles, and has an academic background in Human Resource Management and Management and IT from the University of Westminster and The University of Manchester, respectively.
