With a strong background in talent management, engagement strategies, and organizational development, Gill's prior experience includes roles at easyJet, Direct Line Group, Everything Everywhere Ltd, T-Mobile UK, and Shell, with a foundation in Occupational Psychology from The University of Sheffield.
