Hilda Welcker

Hilda Welcker currently serves as the Senior Business Development & Marketing Manager for Latin America and the Caribbean at Kennedys, a position held since 2021 after a promotion. Responsibilities include overseeing Business Development and Marketing strategies for the firm’s 13-office network, enhancing client relationships, and supporting various practice groups within the (re)insurance industry. Prior to this role, Welcker worked as a Business Development Consultant at Entrepidus and held various positions in project management and account services across several companies. As co-founder and senior consultant at ReynaPlus Communications, expertise in Integrated Marketing Communications for the US Hispanic Market and Latin America was developed. Early career experience includes managing Hispanic agency accounts at BVK meka. Welcker holds both a Master's degree in Communications and a Juris Doctor from UCAB - Universidad Católica Andrés Bello.
