James Craddock

James Craddock has over two decades of experience in business management and service delivery, currently serving as the Head of Business and Service Delivery at DLA Piper since September 2008. In this role, James is responsible for overseeing various service lines, including CPMO, Legal Technology, Business Process Improvement, and Legal Project Management. Prior to DLA Piper, James held multiple managerial positions at PricewaterhouseCoopers from 2003 to 2008, including EMEA Business Manager and Head of Client Services. Earlier career experiences include roles at Dell as an EMEA Project Manager and as a Consultant at REL Consultancy Group. James received education from Berkhamsted School, completing studies in 1989.
