John Gallon

John Gallon is a partner in the corporate team at DLA Piper, where they specialize in mergers and acquisitions, public equity work, private equity, shareholder arrangements, and joint ventures. John has acted for various acquisitive companies, including Sytner Group Limited and JD Sports Fashion plc. Prior to their legal career, John served as an Officer in the Royal Air Force from 1988 to 1997, including roles as a Tornado GR1 navigator and low-level flying training instructor. John obtained a degree in Chemical Engineering from UCL and completed the Legal Practice Course at the College of Law, York.
