Kyler Zampiello

Kyler Zampiello, M.S.Ed., is a Business Talent Recruiter at DLA Piper since February 2024, bringing a wealth of experience in recruitment and education. Previously, as the Director of Recruitment at Northwestern Mutual from January 2021 to February 2024, Kyler also served as a Recruiter within the same organization. A background in academic support is demonstrated through the role of Graduate Assistant for the Centennial Scholars Program at James Madison University, where Kyler oversaw a team of mentors aiding under-represented students. Additional experience includes an internship focused on instructional design at Northwest Federal Credit Union and academic tutoring for student-athletes at James Madison University. Kyler holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and a Master’s degree in Adult Education and Human Resource Development from James Madison University.
