Micala Bernardo

Micala Bernardo is a Senior Attorney at DLA Piper since February 2018, specializing in labor and employment law with extensive experience in representing employers in various litigation cases, including discrimination and retaliation claims under Title VII, FMLA issues, non-competition agreement enforcement, and FLSA-related violations. Prior to DLA Piper, Micala held the position of Senior Attorney at Andrews Kurth Kenyon from 2014 to February 2018 and worked as an Attorney at Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP from 2011 to 2014, as well as at Locke Lord LLP from 2007 to 2011. Micala holds a Juris Doctor degree from Georgetown University Law Center and a Bachelor of Science degree in Journalism and Economics from Texas A&M University.
