Sue Moores

Sue Moores is an experienced IT Capability & Performance Manager currently employed at DLA Piper since September 2019, having previously held the position of IT L&D Manager. Prior to DLA Piper, Sue worked at npower from May 2015 to July 2019 as People Capability Change Lead and held various roles including Change Consultant and Learning and Development Consultant, contributing to a significant national infrastructure project focused on smart meters. At BP, from October 2013 to April 2015, Sue served as Learning & Performance Manager on a global SAP ERP program, responsible for training new joiners and role movers. Sue's earlier experience includes Learning & Development Manager at a professional services firm, Senior Learning Design Consultant at LINE Communications, and Curriculum Consultant at Runge Ltd., among others. Sue holds a Post Graduate Certificate in Education and a degree in Psychology & Sociology from the University of Leeds.
