Adam Ifshin is a seasoned real estate executive with extensive experience in retail property management and development. As the CEO and Co-Founder of DLC Management Corp., Adam oversees a portfolio that includes over 100 shopping centers across 32 states, amassing a total of 20 million square feet. Additionally, Adam founded Renovo Construction and serves as its CEO, while contributing to the International Council of Shopping Centers as a Trustee and member of its Government Relations and Political Action Committees. Adam also held a directorship at Hudson Valley Bank between 2008 and 2015. Adam holds a B.A. in Economics and History from Williams College, graduated in 1987.
