David Horwitz has over 20 years of experience in the real estate industry. David started their career as the Director of Leasing at Forest City Realty Trust, where they successfully led the leasing of a 2.5 million square foot strip center portfolio. David then joined DDR Corp as a Regional Leasing Manager, overseeing the leasing of a 4 million square foot shopping center portfolio. At Welltower Inc, they held the role of Vice President-Leasing and was responsible for leasing an extensive portfolio of challenging assets in the eastern U.S. Currently, they serve as the Vice President-Leasing, Training and Development at DLC Management Corp.
