Geeta Khattar is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in Learning and Talent Management across multiple industries. Currently serving as General Manager at DLF Limited since November 2022, Geeta has previously held significant roles at HCL Technologies, where responsibilities included Global HRO Project Lead and Regional L&D Implementation Lead. At Xerox, Geeta's work encompassed various leadership positions focused on Learning & Development, Talent Assessment, and driving high-performing cultures. Prior to Xerox, Geeta enhanced L&D initiatives at Sony India and provided HR services as an HR Business Partner at Philips. Geeta holds a Bachelor of Commerce from Delhi University and an MBA in Human Resources Development from Banasthali Vidyapith, along with intermediate qualifications in Company Secretaries from The Institute of Company Secretaries of India.
