Jette Juel Halberg has extensive work experience in HR and leadership roles. Jette Juel currently serves as the Senior Vice President and Head of HR at DLF since July 2021. Prior to this, they were the Group HR Director at DLF from February 2020 to June 2021. Before joining DLF, Jette worked at Novo Nordisk for a significant duration, holding various HR and communication positions. Jette Juel was the Head of HR & Communication for Diabetes Finished Products from March 2014 to February 2020. Additionally, Jette has experience in organizational and people development, having worked as an Organisational and People Development Manager at Post Danmark from December 1993 to May 2002.

Jette Juel Halberg attended Copenhagen Business School from 1987 to 1993, where they obtained a Master of Science degree in International Business Administration and Modern Languages specializing in HR and OD. Prior to that, they attended Kalundborg Gymnasium from 1982 to 1985. In addition, they briefly studied at INSEAD in 2003, focusing on Management of People (MOP). There is also mention of their attendance at Danmarks Journalisthøjskole, but no specific dates or degree information are provided.
