Mikkel A. Sabroe has extensive experience in various HR roles, working for multiple companies over the years. Mikkel A. began their career at Experian as an HR Consultant from 2006 to 2008. Mikkel A. joined DLF Beet Seed in 2014 as a Human Resources Manager and later transitioned to DLF as Head of HR Greater Europe, a position they held until the start of 2024. Currently, they are working as an HR Business Partner at Jensen Seeds A/S.

Mikkel A. Sabroe attended Skovgårdsskolen from 1979 to 1990, where they received their primary education. Mikkel A. then went on to Gentofte Studenter Kursus from 1990 to 1993, where they completed their high school education with a focus on socio-linguistics. Later, from 2003 to 2007, Mikkel attended Copenhagen Business School, earning a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) with a specialization in Business Administration, Management, and Operations. Additionally, they have obtained certifications in Change Management, OPQ32, PI, PRINCE2, and PTP, although the specific dates of obtaining these certifications are unknown.
