Lisa Parent, CPHR, is a dynamic Human Resources leader with over 15 years of experience across various industries, including retail transportation, manufacturing, healthcare, and agriculture. Presently, Lisa serves as the Director of People & Culture at DLH Group, where they focus on developing unified strategies and efficiencies within Human Resources and other departments. Previously, Lisa held positions such as Human Resources Manager at DLH Group, Human Resources Business Partner at Bausch Health Companies Inc., and Human Resources Advisor at CancerCare Manitoba. Lisa is currently pursuing a Certificate in Adult & Continuing Education, a Human Resource Management Diploma, and a Bachelor's degree with a double major in Business Administration and Psychology from the University of Winnipeg.
