Nesa Gabriels

Nesa Gabriels currently serves as the Head of Operations at DLK Group since May 2023. Prior to this role, Nesa held the position of Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist at The Shoprite Group of Companies from August 2014 to January 2023, where responsibilities included managing the full lifecycle of recruitment across various functions, collaborating with People partners and business stakeholders. Nesa's recruitment expertise was further developed during a tenure as a Recruitment Specialist at Corporate Placements from February 2002 to March 2014, and a brief secondment at Broadridge Health Care in mid-2009 focusing on regional recruitment. Earlier experience includes the role of Senior Recruitment Consultant at Quest Staffing Solutions from November 1994 to January 2002. Nesa obtained an HR Diploma through the Management Development Program at Damelin in 2006, and has completed additional education in computer literacy and in-house training.
