Farhan al Hassan

Farhan Al Hassan is a seasoned professional in financial crime management with extensive experience in the banking and finance sector. Currently serving as the Financial Economic Crime Manager for Australia and New Zealand at DLL since September 2024, Farhan previously held the position of Financial Crime Manager at Thinktank Property Finance from July 2023 to September 2024. Farhan's career at HSBC spanned over a decade, during which various roles included Manager of Business Financial Crime Risk and Global Standards Country Lead for Retail Banking and Wealth Management. Earlier experience includes time at Standard Chartered Bank, where roles ranged from Sales Manager for SME to Assistant Portfolio Manager for Credit Cards. Farhan earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from the Institute of Business Administration at Dhaka University in 2003.
