Daniela Hinojosa

Daniela Hinojosa is an accomplished Customer Success Manager Lead at dLocal, with a career spanning several years in customer relations and account management. Since July 2021, Daniela has taken on a leadership role within the Customer Success team at dLocal, following a successful tenure at Openpay México where Daniela served as Key Account Manager and Key Account Executive Sr. Previous experience includes managing operations at Radar 107.5 FM and an internship at the Gobierno del estado de Querétaro. Daniela holds a degree in Communication Sciences from Universidad Anáhuac Querétaro and completed a specialized program in Customer Success Management at Esade in 2021.
