Gabriela Vieira

Gabriela Vieira is the SVP of Compliance at dLocal. Gabriela has over 8 years of experience as a lawyer, working in both the private and public sector. Gabriela began their career as an intern at the Ministério Público Federal, before moving on to work as an associate lawyer at Lima e Falcão Advogados. In 2015, they joined PrimeiroPay S.a.r.l as their legal counsel, before being promoted to Global Director of Legal and Compliance in 2016. In this role, they were responsible for leading the Corporate Law and Contract Department, as well as drafting and reviewing contracts for clients in various jurisdictions. In October 2016, they left PrimeiroPay to join Amaral Lewandowski Advogados as a Senior Associate Lawyer. Gabriela spent just over a year at Amaral Lewandowski before moving to their current role at dLocal in January 2018.

Gabriela Vieira has a PhD in International and Comparative Law from Universidade de São Paulo, a Master's degree in International and Comparative Law from Universidade de São Paulo, a Bachelor's degree in Law from Universidade Federal de Pernambuco, and an Erasmus in International Law and Politics from Middlesex University.

They work with Jacobo Singer - President, Federica Ferreira Macchitelli - VP, Software Development, and Diego Cabrera Canay - CFO. Gabriela Vieira reports to Sebastián Kanovich, CEO.
