Stefanie Henderson

Stefanie Henderson, MS, is an experienced communications professional with a strong background in internal and external communications. Currently serving as the Internal Communications Leader and Senior Associate at DLR Group since August 2020, Stefanie drives employee engagement and manages enterprise messaging for a global integrated design firm with over 1,800 employees. Prior roles include Communications Manager at Dairy Farmers of America, where Stefanie led a communications team for a cooperative with 13,000 members, and Internal Communications Manager at Payless ShoeSource, overseeing all retail communications for a global retailer. Stefanie also held director positions in communications for the offices of Kansas state legislators, focusing on external communication strategies.
