Scott O'Laughlin

Scott O'Laughlin has over two decades of experience in sales and operations in the technology, automotive, and finance industries. Scott began their career in 1997 as a Service Dealer Account Manager for CCI/Triad. In 1999, they became a Secure Systems Account Manager for Secure Enterprise Solutions, where they provided consultative sales solutions pertaining to external and internal vulnerabilities through security and procedure assessments. In 2001, they joined Conseco Finance Service Corp as an Inventory Control Manager, where they managed a team with the goal of achieving maximum return on each loan/asset and developed new channel partners to exceed sales numbers for given territory. In 2003, they joined Computerized Vehicle Registration (CVR) as the Director of Sales, where they managed a team of experienced sales professionals and created new sales opportunities through expanding business partners. Scott later became the Director of Sales and Operations, leading a team of experienced sales professionals and experienced service/support associates. In 2021, they joined DLRdmv as their Senior Vice President Strategic Development.

Scott O'Laughlin received their Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Marketing/Marketing Management, General from the University of Florida between 1994 and 1997.
