Arun Antony,PMP®,CSM®

Arun Antony has over 15 years of work experience, starting in 2005 as a Software Engineer at Escube Technologies Pvt Ltd. Arun then moved to Nous Infosystems in 2007, where they worked as a Software Engineer for two years.

In 2009, Arun joined CGI as a Lead Analyst and later became a Delivery Manager in 2012. In this role, they managed development projects in the areas of telecom, Portals, and M&E. Arun led a team of 30 people and oversaw multiple projects with budgets over a million dollars.

In 2014, Arun joined SunTec Business Solutions as an Assistant Manager in the PMO department. Arun assessed and improved project management throughout the organization, conducted project health check reviews, and audited project artifacts. Arun also coordinated team integration and monitored resource utilization.

At SunTec Business Solutions, Arun also served as a Product Project Manager, where they managed new product version development and client deliveries. Arun worked with senior leadership team members to strategize and execute on the backlog. Arun maintained effective communication with product leadership, engineering teams, and cross-functional teams. Arun also coordinated deliveries from multiple technical stakeholder teams and ensured timely closure of sprint integration issues.

In 2019, Arun transitioned to the role of a Program Manager for Digital Transformation at SunTec Business Solutions, where they continued to contribute to the company's success in driving digital transformation initiatives.

In 2020, Arun joined #dltledgers as a Director in Engineering and Platform. Arun'sresponsibilities in this role are not specified.

Arun Antony completed their Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science from Bharathiar University between 2000 and 2003. Arun then pursued a Master of Computer Applications (MCA) degree from Sikkim Manipal University through Distance Education between 2003 and 2005. In 2022-2023, Arun Antony attended the Indian Institute of Management, Kozhikode to complete the Advanced Strategic Management Programme. In terms of certifications, they obtained the PMP certification from the Project Management Institute in August 2012, followed by the CSM certification from Scrum Alliance in May 2016.
