Thomas Hessler Pe, Ps

Thomas Hessler, PE, PS has a strong and extensive work experience in the engineering and construction industry. Thomas began their career as a Project Engineer at Kokosing Construction Company, Inc. from June 1990 to October 1993. Thomas then joined DLZ Corporation, where they worked as a Project Engineer from October 1993 to January 1999. Thomas later progressed to the role of Project Manager from January 1999 to January 2002, during which they were responsible for managing various projects. From January 2002 to January 2016, Thomas served as the Division Manager, overseeing large public works projects and managing DLZ's Northeast Ohio Field Services group. Thomas'sresponsibilities included managing and designing projects such as CSO tunnels, open-cut sewers, and large diameter water mains. From January 2016 to December 2021, they held the position of Director at DLZ Corporation, where they served as a Project Manager and Task Lead for major water design and construction projects. In this role, they were responsible for client relations, contract/proposal preparation, project scheduling, and overall project management. Currently, Thomas serves as the Vice President of Northern Ohio Operations at DLZ Corporation, a position they have held since January 2022.

Thomas Hessler, PE, PS attended The University of Akron from 1985 to 1990, where they pursued a Bachelor's of Science degree in Civil Engineering, specializing in Construction Engineering.
