As Managing Partner of Hilcher Holdings, Larryssa oversees daily operations and identifies growth opportunities within the investment business. Previously, Larryssa held various positions at Hilcher Ford, culminating in the role of General Manager, where responsibilities included sales operations, financial accountability, and personnel management. Larryssa holds a Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education and Teaching from Texas Christian University.
