Megan Zweig

As president of DMA Solutions, Megan guides the daily business operations and oversees the company's growth and client service excellence. She is fiercely loyal to the fresh produce industry and is extremely passionate about ensuring people have access to fresh fruits, vegetables, and other life-giving sources of food.

Her natural ability to nurture relationships and build successful teams, combined with her aptitude for finding unique solutions to solving business and marketing problems is what makes her instrumental when serving organizations. Megan’s friendly nature and ability to earn trust has allowed her to support a growing team internally, while also building long-lasting client relationships. Megan’s service and accolades extend beyond her work at DMA Solutions. She is an eager volunteer leader, is a proud graduate of the International Fresh Produce Association's Leadership Class 22, and was awarded the Produce Business’ 40 Under 40. She is co-host of the Self Smarter Podcast where each Monday, she guides a discussion by leaders, for leaders seeking to be better every day.
