With 25 years of experience in the field of Information Technology, I am a dedicated professional specialising in Messaging Security.

Throughout my career, I have successfully managed teams, created virtual labs, developed and delivered training programs, and provided valuable coaching and mentoring across different teams. These experiences have allowed me to cultivate strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of effective team dynamics.

One of my greatest achievements was the development of a data analysis program that transformed raw logs into visually engaging reports, highlighting the most problematic areas in deployments. This initiative significantly improved decision-making processes and enhanced overall system performance.

In addition to my core knowledge in Messaging Security, I have recently expanded my skill set as a Salesforce Developer Support professional. This role has provided me with invaluable insights into the Salesforce ecosystem, enabling me to effectively assist clients in troubleshooting issues, developing custom solutions, and optimising their Salesforce implementations. I am proud to hold four Salesforce certifications.

Furthermore, I am a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), demonstrating my commitment to upholding the highest standards of cybersecurity practices. This certification underscores my comprehensive knowledge of security principles, risk management, and secure system design, further enhancing my ability to protect organisations' critical assets.

Outside of my professional endeavours, I am also a creative individual with a passion for music. During the challenging times of the 2020-21 Pandemic, I undertook a personal project to produce and publish an album of our own music.
