Svetlana Iashchenko

Svetlana Iashchenko has a wealth of work experience, having been employed in various roles since 2006. From 2006 to 2009, they worked as a Recruitment Officer and Senior Recruiter at Miratech and Apple City respectively. From 2009 to 2012, they served as the Head of HR Department at LLC "Research and Education Center "Innovative Solutions". From 2012 to 2017, they were the HR Director at Skywell LLC, BoostSolutions, MAGETIC AI, and Newxel. In 2020, they held the role of Human Resources Director at Kraken Leads, and currently serves as the Chief Human Resources Officer at DMarket since 2021. Throughout their career, they have been responsible for a variety of tasks, such as developing HR plans and strategies, organizing and administering staff consultation and grievance procedures, overseeing payroll administration, and managing training and development strategies.

Svetlana Iashchenko received their Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Kyiv Institute of Business and Technology between the years of 2005 and 2010. Prior to that, they obtained a Specialist degree in Manager of Network Technologies and Communications from Kyiv National University of Culture and Arts between 2000 and 2005.
