Najoie Daou

Najoie DAOU is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in project management and engineering. Currently serving as Associate Project Director and Senior Project Manager at The Red Sea Development Company since October 2020, Najoie also holds the position of Managing Partner at DMC since November 2019. Previously, Najoie was a Senior Project Manager at Majid Al Futtaim from February 2012 to May 2020, directing complex CAPEX projects and leading financial management efforts focused on cost control and value engineering. Earlier roles include Head of Project Management and Contract Department at Conser International Consulting Engineers and Head of Technical & Commercial Department at INTERTECTRA. Najoie holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from E.S.I.B. University, Lebanon, where studies were completed from 1990 to 1995.
