Ahluma Mandindi has extensive experience in the debt management and financial assessment sectors, currently serving as a Call Agent at DMC Debt Management since September 2018. Ahluma previously worked as a Financial Assessor at IDM Debt Busters from November 2022 to March 2024, resigning due to changes in location, and held a position in Debt Review at MM Wentzel for a brief period from September to November 2022 before resigning for a better job opportunity. Ahluma's education includes a Higher National Diploma in Marketing from Walter Sisulu University (2015-2019), a Certificate in Debt Counselling from BSI Learning (2023), and a Certificate in Teaching English as a Second or Foreign Language from the TEFL Professional Institute (2024).
