Dawn Knipe

Dawn Knipe has a strong background in various management roles. Dawn worked at DMC Insurance, Inc. as the Director of Underwriting Operations starting in 2018. Prior to that, they held multiple positions at International Medical Group (IMG), including Vice President of the Executive Program Management Department and Director of Quality Control. Dawn also worked at Direct Brands, Inc. as a Program Manager/Coordinator, overseeing projects impacting Customer Service and Transaction Processing. Additionally, Dawn has experience as a Telecommunications Analyst/Specialist and Customer Service Agent at Direct Brands, Inc. (formerly BMG Columbia House and BMG Direct). Dawn started their career as an Assistant Front Office Manager at the Canterbury Hotel.

Dawn Knipe earned their Bachelor of Arts degree in French and Spanish from the University of Indianapolis, where they studied from 1989 to 1992. In addition to their degree, they have obtained certifications in "Developing Your Emotional Intelligence" from LinkedIn in April 2021 and "Body Language for Women" from LinkedIn in August 2020.
