James Heslington

James Heslington is a Junior Project Manager at DMC Mining Services since March 2022, actively engaged in the Victoria Project's full mine phase. Prior roles include Lead Project Engineer, overseeing site engineering and managing a team at the same project, and Project Engineer responsible for various construction packages. Previously, James served as a Shaft Project Engineer at Anglo American, handling SBR and galloway shafts, and as a Project Engineer at DMC Mining Services, managing multiple shaft projects. Early career experiences include roles in surveying, site engineering, and project assistance across various companies. James holds a Master of Science degree in Surveying and Land/Environmental Management and a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Geology, and Geotechnics, both from Camborne School of Mines.
