Rebecca Hicks is an experienced healthcare professional with a strong background in clinical management and nursing. Currently serving as the APP VillageMD Liaison at DMC Primary Care since January 2021, Rebecca focuses on clinical management education for high-utilizer populations, coaches providers on risk acuity and coding, and leads various program developments across the NH Market. Prior to this, Rebecca worked at Elliot Hospital from October 2014 to January 2021 as a CICU Clinical Registered Nurse, where responsibilities included overseeing critical care processes, conducting training, and engaging in quality improvement initiatives. Rebecca holds a Master of Science degree in Family Nurse Practitioner from Simmons University and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Cedarville University.
