Joseph Virgin serves as the Human Resources Director for both ProMedica Senior Care and Legacy Health Services since January 2019. With an educational background that includes an Associate's degree in Business/Commerce from Huntington Junior College, Joseph has developed expertise in human resources management, contributing to the operational success of both healthcare organizations.
