Sunny Bahra

Sunny Bahra is an experienced technology management professional with a strong background in end user support and IT operations. Currently serving as the End User Technology Manager at dmg media since January 2018, Sunny oversees the L1 Helpdesk team that supports DMGT, DMG Media, and the Evening Standard & Independent end users. Prior experience includes a role as Technology Support Manager at QVC, managing a team responsible for corporate IT systems and ensuring operational efficiency for a large number of desktop and laptop devices. Sunny's tenure at QVC began in 2005, progressing from Senior Master Control Operator and Technical Support Analyst to Senior Interactive Technical Operator, demonstrating expertise in live broadcast operations, project management, and interactive technology. Sunny holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from Brunel University London.
