Richa Saxena is an experienced professional in talent management and organizational development, currently serving as Vice President & Head of Talent Management & OD at DMI Finance Private Limited since January 2019. Richa spearheads talent management and capability-building initiatives, designs performance management systems, and implements innovative employee engagement strategies. Previously, Richa held various HR leadership roles at Gabriel India Limited, Anand Group India, MAHLE, and Hero Moto Corporation, focusing on HR functions, competency profiling, talent development, and execution of HR practices. Richa holds an MBA in Human Resources & Marketing from Lal Bahadur Shastri Institute of Management & Technology.
