It sounds cliché to say but she truly believe the people are what makes DMi special. The people are the magic that makes everything else work. She have conversations about the hard stuff and celebrate the good stuff. She invest in the culture and know and understand that it's not something you can build up and then just move onto something else – it takes consistent effort but its important to DMi to deliver the message to employees that truly care about them and the things they care about and care about what they think about the organization. When she started at DMi, she had expected that she grow professionally, but she could have never expected that also grow so much personally.
