Ponee Wyatt

Ponee Wyatt has extensive experience in technology support, currently serving as a LAN Technician at DMi Technology Group since March 2013. Responsibilities include managing inquiries related to servers, networks, and various devices, as well as setting up wireless access points, routers, switches, and firewalls. Prior to this role, Ponee worked as a PC Support Specialist at Electrolux Home Products from July 2006 to October 2012, providing helpdesk assistance and support for software and hardware. Ponee completed coursework in Computer Networking at Heartland Community College from 2001 to 2003.
