Associate Civil Engineer III / Project Manager at Horrocks

Eric Villalobos, P.E. has a diverse work experience in the field of civil engineering. Eric is currently employed at Horrocks Engineers as a Civil Engineer III and Project Manager since April 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Parkhill, Smith & Cooper as a Professional Civil Engineer V and Project Manager from November 2018 to April 2022. Eric also gained experience as a Staff Engineer at Lumos & Associates from January 2018 to November 2018.

Eric's earlier experiences include working as an Assistant Civil Engineer at O'Dell Engineering from June 2013 to January 2018. Eric also had positions as a Product Engineer at CREOTECC Solar Mounting Systems from January 2012 to July 2013 and at Session Solar from November 2011 to December 2012.

During the initial years of their career, Eric worked at Quantum Consulting, Inc as an Intern, Engineer-in-Training, and Jr Project Manager from August 2007 to July 2009. Eric also served as an Engineer Intern at the City of Gardena from January 2009 to May 2009.

Eric Villalobos, P.E. completed their education in the field of Civil Engineering. Eric obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Civil Engineering from California State University, Long Beach, where they studied from 2006 to 2010. Prior to that, they earned an Associate of Science (AS) degree in Civil Engineering and Business Management from The University of Texas at El Paso, where they studied from 2002 to 2005.

Additionally, Eric Villalobos, P.E. has obtained several professional certifications throughout their career. Eric holds the certifications of Professional Engineer- Civil in multiple states, including Arizona, Utah, Nevada, California, Colorado, Texas, and New Mexico. These certifications were obtained from the respective state regulatory boards responsible for licensing professional engineers. Furthermore, they have obtained the LEED Green Associate certification from the U.S. Green Building Council, which they achieved in May 2011.
