David McCarthy

He has a 30-year record of success, over $300 million of financings and building two companies, one of which was a NASDAQ-listed public company.

Mr. McCarthy established a proven track record of corporate financing beginning in 1993 when he co-founded a boutique investment bank, Zanett Securities Corp., serving as principal until 2003. At Zanett Securities, he assisted small and mid-cap public companies by raising capital in the public markets, as either manager or as lead-investor in over 70 financings. McCarthy worked closely with several public companies that went on to achieve a market cap of over $1 billion.

In 2000, he co-founded and took public Zanett Inc., an IT roll-up where he managed the acquisition of 5 regionaal IT companies and consolidated the various corporate cultures under the Zanett umbrella. As CEO, McCarthy grew Zanett from a start-up to $50 million in revenue and a NASDAQ-listed market cap of more than $100 million. Mr. McCarthy retired from Zanett in 2006 and the Comapny was eventually sold to KPMG in 2014.
