Kaina Brice

Kaina Brice became a licensed Realtor in Maryland in June 2019. She received her Salesperson License from the Maryland Real Estate Commission (MREC). Kaina made the decision to affiliate with us to provide residential rental and resale services in Maryland.

Kaina is available to assist homeowners with resale and rental listings. She will also help buyers who are interested in investing in real estate. Kaina prefers to work in Prince Georges County, in Baltimore County, in Baltimore City and in Anne Arundel County. She also owns residential real estate as investments and is well versed in the residential market and property preservation services.
