Tim Floor

Tim Floor is an experienced real estate professional currently serving as a Realtor, Relocation Specialist, and Partner in Sertich | Scottsdale Luxury Group at Russ Lyon Sotheby's International Realty since November 2011. With a focus on residential homes and lot sales, Tim ranks in the top 3% of sales and is part of an elite relocation team within Sotheby's. Prior to this role, Tim worked at DPR Realty from May 2001 to November 2011, where a specialization in both residential and commercial real estate resulted in consistent multi-million dollar production. Tim's career began at DPR Construction from 1995 to 2003 as a Project Manager, managing projects valued between $1M and $30M, and earlier as an Asset Manager at Crivello Corporation from 1988 to 1995, overseeing Class “A” office and multi-residential projects. Tim holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics and Real Estate from Arizona State University.
