Tim Houtby

Tim Houtby is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the utility metering sector. Currently serving as Director at DMS Metering Solutions, Tim is responsible for the development and implementation of smart metering and renewable utility service solutions. Prior to this role, Tim was Managing Director at Meter Provida, guiding the company into new growth areas focused on smart metering and renewables technology. As Asset Development Director at Fulcrum Group, Tim successfully launched an asset ownership strategy and secured significant investment for renewable and smart metering assets. Tim's previous positions include Managing Director roles at Stark Utility Funding Ltd, where Tim established a new smart meter investment business, and at Meter Provida, where under Tim's leadership it became the UK's largest utility metering provider. Tim's career began at TNT as Sameday Depot Manager, overseeing regional operations and sales growth.
