Eldrige Baylor has a diverse background in operations and customer service, currently serving as a Forklift Maintenance operator at Ross since May 2023, responsible for managing inventory and logistics within the distribution center. Prior to this role, Eldrige worked at Metso Outotec from August 2018 to May 2023 as a Quotation & Order Management Specialist, where duties included order processing and technical research on pump products using SAP and Salesforce.
