Dr. Neil Lancaster FCIPD has extensive work experience in human resources management. Their most recent role was as the Head of Human Resources at DN Colleges Group, where they led a team responsible for operational HR, recruitment, HR business partnering, and payroll. Prior to that, they worked as a self-employed Human Resources Director.

From 2009 to 2020, Dr. Lancaster served as the Human Resources Director at NOVOMATIC UK Technology Group - Gamestec Playnation Group, where they were responsible for HR strategy, leading the HR team, and overseeing additional areas such as pensions, facilities, fleet, health & safety, and loss prevention. During their tenure, they played a key role in transforming the business from an analogue to a digital operator, resulting in increased profits.

Earlier in their career, Dr. Lancaster held various HR leadership positions at Gamestec Leisure Limited - Danoptra Limited, NG Bailey, Bailey Telecom, Kvaerner Process, NHS Supplies, and Bechtel. In these roles, they demonstrated expertise in HR transformation, talent management, HRIS, employee relations, policy setting, reward/pensions, recruitment, and training and development. Throughout their career, they have consistently focused on delivering value to the business and promoting overall career development.

Dr. Neil Lancaster FCIPD has a diverse education history. In 1984, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Social Science from Liverpool John Moores University. Following this, in 1989, they pursued a program in Human Resources at Doncaster College, earning a Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) qualification. In 1995, Dr. Lancaster attended the University of Sunderland, where they obtained a Master of Science degree in Strategic Human Resource Management. Continuing their academic journey, they enrolled in Alliance Manchester Business School in 1997 and completed a postgraduate program in Strategic Marketing. Finally, from 2001 to 2011, they pursued a Doctorate in Business Administration (DBA) with a focus on Leadership and Business Management at Sheffield Hallam University. Dr. Neil Lancaster has cultivated a solid educational background across multiple disciplines to support their professional endeavors.
