Rachel Maguire has extensive experience in various leadership and management roles. Rachel is currently the Chief People Officer at DN Colleges Group, where they lead the people aspects of the organization's strategic aims and objectives. Rachel is responsible for creating a strong People Strategy, fostering collaboration, and implementing change to support the college's vision.

Prior to this, Rachel served as the Associate Director of Culture at Northern Lincolnshire and Goole NHS Foundation Trust. In this role, they focused on enhancing the employee experience and implementing effective staff engagement practices. Before joining the NHS trust, Rachel worked as the Training and Development Manager at a hospital trust where they oversaw the implementation and delivery of the Apprenticeship Levy program. Rachel successfully managed a significant budget and introduced new roles to meet service demands.

Earlier in their career, Rachel served as the Quality and Compliance officer at People Plus.

Rachel Maguire Chartered FCIPD, Fellow CMI, MBA pursued their Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Executive MBA from Sheffield University Management School. Rachel attended the university from 2018 to 2021 and successfully completed their degree. The field of study for their MBA was executive management.
