Anil Mohanty

Anil Mohanty currently serves as the Chief People Officer at DN Homes since May 2024. Previously, Anil held the position of Head of People & Culture at Medikabazaar from September 2019 to February 2023, where responsibilities included establishing a tech-enabled HR department and transforming HR technology across the organization. Prior to that, Anil was the HR Head for the Rural Segment Business at Reliance Jio, overseeing the hiring of over 20,000 employees. Anil's extensive career also includes roles at Reliance Jio Infocomm UK Limited as Regional HR Head, Telenor as HR Business Partner, Huawei Telecommunications as Head of HR for Service & Delivery Business, Tata Teleservices as Circle HR Head, and Idea Cellular as Senior Manager - HR. Anil holds an MBA in Human Resources Management from the Institute of Marketing and Management and a BA in Economics from Utkal University.
